Power of Attorney
This form authorizes Sidney Freidin Inc. to act as your customs broker and handle your shipments through U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Required for all new clients.

Continuous Bond Application
Quick application form for obtaining a continuous customs bond. This bond is required for regular importers and covers multiple shipments throughout the year.

How to Submit Forms
đ§ Email Submission
Scan completed forms and email them to our office. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and begin processing immediately.
đ Fax Submission
Fax completed forms directly to our office. Please call to confirm receipt if you don't receive a confirmation within 2 hours.
đŽ Mail Submission
Mail original signed documents to our office address. Allow 3-5 business days for postal delivery and processing.
đĸ In-Person Delivery
Drop off forms at our Laredo office during business hours. We'll process them immediately and provide you with a receipt.
